School Tour Reservations

LAUSD and most public schools must make reservations through their district office. Private and other schools are to use this form to make their reservations, by mail only.

Please fill out the form completely, print it out, then mail/fax it to Cabrillo Aquarium. It will be processed upon receipt and you will be sent a confirmation letter with the date and time which you have been assigned. Do not assume you have a reservation until you receive the confirmation letter.
